The website was clear and full of the type of information that was needed. Ordering was straight forward. Delivery was next day as advertised. The battery was extremely well packaged. The battery was a little smaller than competitors and so I was able to increase the unit to 100 Ah. I did a good of research in the market and found Tayna's batteries competitively priced. Needless to say, my vehicle started well.

I have shopped happily with Tayna for 15 years. I have had all of my batteries from them. When this one arrived I fitted it and was underwhelmed. It replaced a Yuasa 3000 that was over 7 years old Whilst unconvincing the battery worked. Recently when working on the car I noted the magic eye was black. I checked the voltage which was good, I fully charged it with a CTEC charger. Magic eye still black. Panel on the side showed battery had been recharged once on the shelf. In short old stock. Queried it with Tayna, got a generic send it back with a long list of conditions for carriage. Will leave it until it is very dead or they will just send it back. Will contact Yuasa. They may have some customer service. The battery whilst faulty (magic eye) still functions so 2 stars

The battery actually arrived broken, damaged in transit, but a quick phone call and another was dispatched immediately, no fuss and arrived with me next day. Accidents will happen but can't fault Tanya's service.

I needed a pair of batteries for a 2001 Toyota Landcruiser 100-Series "Amazon". These are 'handed' with the positive terminals facing inwards. I ordered a YBX5334 and a YBX5335. They arrived quickly and were well packaged. They fit as expected and are perfect for the task. What else does one expect from a battery !
