The battery actually arrived broken, damaged in transit, but a quick phone call and another was dispatched immediately, no fuss and arrived with me next day. Accidents will happen but can't fault Tanya's service.

I needed a pair of batteries for a 2001 Toyota Landcruiser 100-Series "Amazon". These are 'handed' with the positive terminals facing inwards. I ordered a YBX5334 and a YBX5335. They arrived quickly and were well packaged. They fit as expected and are perfect for the task. What else does one expect from a battery !

Perfect fit but knew I would have to reposition bonnet stay as it would have fouled the corner of the battery ,to be fitted on opposite side where room is plenty .could have gone for smaller battery without moving bonnet stay but prefer larger more powerful battery

Good product. Previously installed Yuasa 5000 product (via roadside assistance) which lasted 3.5 years despite infrequent use and standing idle with a trickle charge during pandemic. Accidentally leaving an interior light on (twice!) finally killed it. Decided on slight upgrade this time around. Started first go. Paid small surcharge for next day delivery. Package arrived before I was aware it had even left the local depot! Excellent.

Not pleased with the extension lead as the insulating material is made of hard plastic and does not bend very well. Nearly sent it back. Perhaps you could send another like they were originally made with flexible insulation?
