The battery is great but having to attach the connector myself was a problem for me. I struggled to loosen the screws on the terminals. I should add I am 68 years old and have arthritis in my hands. When I bought my previous battery it was supplied with the connector already attached. Could you please consider offering this as an option again.

Used on my golf trolley for the last 3 years and it has just died. Three years (150 rounds) use for a £37 battery is not bad in my book.

Very happy with them, they were for my wife's mobility scooter, we went for the 22Ah ones as when checked with Lucas they were identical sizes, they work great, touch wood.

Far too early to assess the quality of this product. My last two batteries from my golf trolley supplier have lasted 3 months and 11 months respectively. Previous to that I had a battery for 6 years. With a brand name on it I am hoping for something better.

This Battery i purchased is upright i wanted flat. I foolishy presumed i was ordering a battery for a Mocad trolley and thought it would be flat Kr Bruce Palmer

I am very pleased with the service and delivery of this item. So far it is performing well, and is a perfect replacement for my old battery. It is too early to comment on reliability, hence only 4 stars, but if it lasts a year it will be 5 stars compared with the "official" brand battery it replaces!
