Your website was extremely well presented and I was able to locate the exact product I needed quickly. The order process was straight forward using PayPal and your order confirmation was received by email within hours. The product was dispatched via Yodel Couriers and arrived securely packaged within less than 24 hours. In my opinion, service like that cannot be bettered.

I have used this battery once so far due to our course having a trolley ban for a period. Sadly the battery on full charge began to struggle after 13 holes and I had to almost push the trolley to the end of the round. My trolley was a Hillbilly Terrain and this battery was one listed on your website as being suitable for the trolley. This is no good and unless it improves next time out I shall be after a refund. I commented on this in an e mail yesterday but have not yet had the courtesy of a reply. Hugh Wallace

The first battery supplied had difficult connections and I found it impossible to remove the safety bar. I contacted Tanya who supplied a replacement battery which is working well. Very happy with the battery and the after sales customer service.
