I ordered the battery because I was given the wrong information by one of your staff.Having received it I realised the connecter I had would not fit - so I ordered a power caddy connecter from you.You have taken the money and postage and package £8.18. for this - but I still have not received it - having waited 21 days - and I am still waiting for a refund from you for the connecter in spite of many phone calls.

Ordered battery at 3pm on Wednesday Battery delivered to me (N Ireland) on Thursday before lunchtime. Have only used battery once but handled course very well and hopefully this will continue

Battery appears to be fine but I am still awaiting delivery of the powerkaddy T bar despite assurances a week a ago that the original ommission from the delivery was an oversight and one would be despatched immediately

Battery was delivered by courier within 5 days to my holiday home in South East Spain. Tracking system allowed me to monitor progress throughout. Have used the Battery once so far and it performed well. Supplier changed my battery type(for a more reliable manufacture) Although they didn't tell me that until I phoned them up to query why my order had been changed.
