Excellent product and service. I ordered in the afternoon and the first battery was here the next morning with the post! I have since ordered another and rejuvenated two rechargeable torches! Price is very reasonable too, much cheaper than the competition! Pity that they don't sell everyday batteries such as AA and AAA!

Arrived a day later than told, with packaging badly damaged, but luckily not the battery. Perfect fit to replace a worn out battery and worked straight away.

Battery arrived with scratched terminals which made it look like a used, second hand product. Has a voltage. Seems OK but looks worn and used. I was lead to believe that I was buying a new item.
