Hi there I'm delighted with all aspects of my purchase including value for money, communication, packaging and despatch. Obviously it's early days yet for the battery, but it's performing really well: plenty of life left after an 18 hole stint. I was intially attracted to another site which was earlier on in the listings and the product slightly cheaper; pennies really. Before purchasing I emailed them with a simple question. Their reply was robot-like and meaningless and had no bearing on my query. Needless to say I then looked around and found your site - well you know the rest!

I was pleased with the fast and efficient service from Tanya. Moreover, I am well pleased with this Lucas battery, which I got for my Mottocaddy S3 golf trolley. I had previously used Panasonic batteries, as supplied by Mottocaddy, but they have been poor - both in terms of power to last 18 holes and length of time before failure. This Lucas battery seems to charge better and has a greater reserve of power, rather than just the minimum. So, at this early stage, it looks very good.
