slightly worried when I was advised that the delivery of the product would be later than I expected but at least I was advised. there was no follow up when I replied to this advice asking for a revised delivery time but the goods arrived well packaged 2 days later. just would have liked a reassuring follow up upon initial advice i think. overall very pleased.
