Product was fine and came quickly although the tiny location holes in the wing were not completely lined up to fit over the pins in the remote. Packaging was ridiculous. A huge box with the 2 tiny batteries in the centre of a mass of highly flammable paper straw. The outside had labels stating this was up and that the contents were a fire risk so why so much paper? I think a Jiffy bag would have been fine and would have gone through a letter slot easily.
