The batteries that we received were second hand and had already been used. I thought we were going to get Brand new ones but the bottoms were very scuffed.

Online ordering procedure was straightforward and delivery prompt. The battery was installed immediately and so far there have been no problems. In fact the whole exercise has been routine to the point of boring. Nobody gets five stars for what should be normal everyday process, as in this case. For this, 3 stars (a good mark in my view) are appropriate. As I have a reputation as a hard marker, but as I'm in a good mood four stars this time round.

Its difficult to review a battery as its a long term investment. All I can say is it works and has solved the problem of spurious alarms. Tayna were excellent, turning round my request for new battery in less than 24 hours. The battery arrived in 11 hours 50 minutes after placing the order - I think that's excellent.
