Thanks for an excellent service. I was told they would be on-site at 09:30, but when I went to Stores to let them know, they had already turned up - it was 08:45! Brilliant. If only everyone could manage this sort of service. Well done. The batteries are in use, no problemo.

livraison du produit très rapide , rien à dire encore sur la batterie elle mème , sinon que le produit reçu correspond bien au produit présenté. Le port est vraiment cher , dommage , mieux vaudrait pouvoir choisir une option un peu plus lente mais beaucoup moins chère , quitte à attendre quelques jours ;.

It's too soon to say how long this battery will last. It's being used in a UPS where the original battery lasted seven years. But so far, so good. It fits and works, although the terminal clips are not as wide as the originals. But the delivery service which first tried to deliver the battery was dreadful (it was Yodel). They could not find my house, despite three online chats with them to try to sort it out. When Tayna sent another battery out with UK Mail, they got it right first shot. So three stars only - battery fine but delivery useless.
