A five star rating for fitting and instant starting of my McCulloch ride-on mower, which had been left under a draughty lean-to since October just gone. The previous battery, also purchased from Tayna, had stood five years of total neglect, but the sixth year proved just one-to-far. The Lucas battery was chosen on the basis of price versus performance, from a well known name and after little on-line research. A shame that the mower has now proven to require a considerable amount of TLC, but once the repairs are completed, I am sure the Lucas 895 battery, just the second replacement in 13 years, will see us through at least another six years, perhaps longer with proper care!
