Je suis très satisfait de ma commande chez Tayna. Je commande mon modèle de batterie pour ma tondeuse. 30mn après, une personne m'appelle pour me signaler qu'elle était désolée car ce modèle n'était pas dispo actuellement mais elle me propose un modèle supérieur de même dimension et + puissant pour me dépanner et au même tarif. 2 jours après, je pouvais utiliser ma tondeuse ! Purchased this product before for our lawnmower and was very happy with it. So when we needed a new battery we purchased this product again. This time Yodel failed to deliver it to the right address and failed to put the mistake right. After 5 days of trying to locate the battery through Yodel I phoned Tayna to tell them of the situation and they were most helpful and sympathetic and resolved the problem for us. Would certainly use Tayna again but will never use Yodel for any deliveries from any supplier.

Battery started mower ok. Previous battery still showed 'green' indicator but didn't have enough ampage to start mower after a couple of years. Time will tell.

THIS IS OUR 5TH BATTERY FROM TAYNA CANT FAULT THEM. This one is for our MTD115 ride on mower. As usual best advice is get the battery with the largest CCA / Ah you can fit in the space!

I fitted this to my Countax mower and it sprang into life on the first turn of the ignition. This is a much more powerful battery than the previous replacement and so I am hoping that it will last better. A cold winter and lack of use for a few months will be the real test, but so far very impressed. Tayna were very swift in delivery and the battery was very well packed.

I ordered this battery on March 30th, it arrived on April 13th after almost two weeks of delivery nightmare, online conversations where lots of apologies were made but no positive action taken. Finally on threat of complaint a further battery was dispatched. The staff were very polite and apologetic but seemed unable to rectify the situation until I jumped up and down in frustration. By comparison I recently bought a pizza oven online, there was a dispatch mixup and the vendor contacted me offering a number of alternatives and finally a delivery a week later with a £57 discount .... somewhat different. The battery - when it finally arrived - was perfect and packaged well but I would be very reluctant to use the firm again.

Famous name battery, reasonable price, much cheaper than from mower manufacturer. Depiction of terminal on website not exactly correct but did not matter for connection.
