Battery was ordered easily online. I was informed of all stages from ordering to delivery - a well organised and managed system to be commended. The battery was well packed and labelled to ensure it was kept upright. I unpacked it it, fitted it into the battery holder case and fired up the lawn tractor straight away. I've used it umpteen times since with no problem. Absolutely delighted with the battery and service.
