Bought this battery after my previous lesiure battery failed. Very impressed with Tayna. Product delivered the following day it was well packed and without damage. The battery wasn't fully charged but a few hrs on my smart charger was all that was needed. Fitted on my caravan and everything is working fine.

,Hi I'm going to giver you 3 stars only not because of any problems on the part of your company or the product ,which was fine, but because DHL delivered it a day late, apparently because their drivers are unable to read sat navs, and it was then handed over without any respect for the clear This Way Up labelling. I'd suggest your own feedback to DHL takes this into consideration

I am sure the product will be at least 'good' - once received, my previous purchases from Tayna have been excellent. I have a serious issue with the choice of Yodel as the courier however. Having left instructions on the delivery, they were ignored. We have been told that there was no-one present and they had left a card. No card and there were people working on site all day. They were given a choice of phone numbers in case of issue but neither was called. I am now stuck, unable to start my engine. I payed the surcharge for next day delivery. I must now wait until Monday. Abysmal...
