Would of been a 5 but first battery had a large amount of electrolyte spillage in delivery box. Probably a transit error. Replacement and customer care and pick up of first battery excellent.

I had an issue with the battery not holding it's charge and spoke with the customer service department. I had a conversation with a chap called Arron who was very helpful and organised a replacement and collection service which was very efficient and was within the timeframe which he gave me. Excellent response and professionally dealt with.

Replacement for the same leisure battery on my boat which was at teast 6 years old and just starting to fail to hold charge. Compact battery with plenty of oomph for the anchor windlass and starting. The screw down terminals suit our wiring. Fair price, quick delivery even to Scotland. Well pleased.
