I ordered the first of two batteries late on the evening before the Easter bank holiday weekend, obviously delivery wasn't next day, however it did arrive on the Wednesday, extremely well packaged, and fully charged. However as the Numax battery wasn't available at the time of despatch, they had upgraded to the Lucas equivalent at no extra cost. I contacted Tayna to query the upgrade, and was given the explanation outlined above. I explained that I wanted a second battery to run in parallel with the first one, and they agreed to provide a second Lucas battery under the same terms as the original order. This one did arrive next day. Same thing well packaged, fully charged and ready for use. The impression I have is that Tayna are sincere in their desire to provide good service, courteous customer care, and good products at a reasonable price. As you can tell, I'm impressed.
