The rating is based on the service from Tayna and first impressions of this battery (I bought two and a charger at the same time). Tayna were very helpful with the questions I had and when I placed the order, the batteries arrived the next day. They were well packaged and are clearly good quality batteries. I put them on charge and topped them in next to no time. If you are looking for a battery, you will struggle to find a better retailer than Tayna.
