Very quick service was provided by Tanya. Disappointed that the battery was packed and shipped in a box with a label saying keep this way up but the label was put on the wrong way. When delivered it way the correct way up but when opened the battery was upside down. Poor attention to detail. Just hope it does not affect the battery performance.
