This is the my second battery, to run in conjunction with the first on my caravan.This is replacing another branded seven year old one, which died. Both are charged from the solar panel mounted on the roof and when I am on an electric hook up.

Not used the batteries yet but past batteries have proved to be good and very reliable. Delivery service was first class as usual.

If I could of selected No stars I would have!! 1-Product was delivered fine. 2 - Within a few weeks product FAILED! 3-Contacted Customer services . Told to take pictures of battery, top and all sides. Then email pictures. Then pack up battery ready for collection . 4-Pictures sent. Received email from Tayna saying that only had one other case like this one. And it was due to plug being left in when battery fitted! 5-I pointed out battery had been fitted by professional garage. And that my pictures clearly show plug had been removed!! 6-Explained that I was in urgent need of battery could a replacement be sent. Tanya refused and said battery was being sent for inspection . 7- Several days later received email from Tanya stating invoice faulty battery ? !! No feed back! No explanation ! Did not even reply to my email asking for conformation of refund! YOUR CUSU OVER CARRY IS NIL!!! YOU APPEAR TO BE A BUNCH OF CHILDREN WHO EXCEL AT SULKING AND SPITTING OUT ONE TITTY!!!!!! IN A WORD? YOUR PATHETIC ?

These are great batteries we have 5 mobile dog grooming vans that are used 6 days a week, they all have these batteries in conjunction with the Numax charger we have neaver had a problem! One of the vans has had this set up for 5 years. We will buy more. Thanks 4 Paws

Brought this battery as an upgrade.more power very pleased.ordered it of tayna.arrived next day well packaged.instructions on what to remove as soon as the battery arrives.also you can track your order.so overhall very pleased with the service.very recommend.
