Received battery within 24hrs and delivery was given accurately within the hour which was excellent. Early days on the battery but has delivered the power I needed for my caravan mover. Would recommend this supplier.

Does what is said. Reasonably priced battery with good power. Now fitted to boat with no problems. Service and delivery as promised with the assurance of a warranty. This is my second replacement battery as replaced the other one earlier this year. Pleased with purchase and will use Tayna again. Thanks.

Battery fine but whole experience ruined by chasing a delivery that took 3 days (next day paid for) and then ended up at the wrong house with no notification to me. Strongly suggest Tayna stop using current courier.

ordered just before 12am on a wendsday morning, delivered at 4.10 pm thursday to newquay , cornwall, had a txt from the courier cimpany during the day giving me a delivery time of 4pm -4.30 . fitted the battery in my bus and perforns as it should, if the battery's as good as the service from tanya ill be happy.

I ordered this Numax leisure battery after phoning Tayna for some guidance on which one to choose. The 5yr old Numax battery I'd been using had given good service but was now struggling with my caravan motor mover. Apparently Numax are a brand name - they're made by Lucas which gave me confidence in the quality and I'm happy with the new battery. However as far as Tayna is concerned that's a different matter. I ordered from them on Wednesday 1st July for next day delivery which was ample time for a continental trip a week later. At first everything seemed fine: confirmation emails received from Tayna and their delivery company UK Mail but no delivery arrived at the time slot indicated. Called the tel number given by Tayna for UK Mail - that was the wrong one, but did manage to get the correct number. Apparently the delivery driver couldn't find the address even though the postcode is the actual building. Every working day from then until the following Tuesday I phoned UK Mail, each time speaking to a different call centre person, clarified the correct address & my contact phone number for the driver - to be told delivery was scheduled the next day. I called Tayna - the Assistant Manager was brusk but the Manager was more helpful. By the following Wednesday I was desperate for the battery so called Tayna again who agreed to cancel the order so that one could be picked up from their depot - no offer of using another delivery company. My wife made the journey (90mile round trip) to Tayna after first checking the order had been cancelled to be treated rudely by the Assistant Manager. Later that day a delivery was made by a driver from UK Mail company to my work address at 6pm - it was due between 4 & 5 pm. Customer service at Tayna leaves a lot to be desired and their chosen delivery company UK Mail in this instance were completely incompetent.
