Battery arived the next day, Fantastically well packaged and protected, Plugged, sealed in a leak proof bag, nestled in the middle of plenty of Polystyrene packaging, well sturdy outer box. well marked, labeld and clear instructions. great courier experience with online tracking, Straight into the caravan and powered the motor mover no problems whatsoever. recomend the battery, but also thoroughly recomend Tanya.

I am very happy with the battery, however the same can't be said for the delivery via UK Mail, initially it was delayed due to an issue at there main depot but even once this was resolved the battery still did not arrive on the newly promised day but finally arrived 3 days late with no real explanation or apology...

Great battery and a very good price compared to Caravan dealers selling the same product . Courier who delivered item not so good ...item was delayed by a day then left on the drive !

This battery x 2 are exact replacements for my narrowboat cabin service batteries which have lasted 6 years! I have been extremely pleased with their performance and I happily recommend them. The batteries arrived the day after they were estimated, but I had an email notification of a 2 hour time slot for delevery which was accurate. The batteries were very well protected by multiple layers including a vacuum sealed bag. Very pleased will use Tayna again.
