Im sure the product would have been fine, if it had been delivered in time to be of value .... then the hassle started, soon turning to out and out disaster, trying to return it. Nothing wrong with Tayna customer services, hence the 2 stars - but what a complete SHAMBLES the courier (dis)service was. 5 days to deliver on premium paid sat delivery ( in time for a holiday) , eventually LEFT ON DOORSTEP when we are away, failed to turn up to collect when neighbour came round and stayed in ALL DAY and eventually had to be collected by my 85 yr old father for collection from their house. What a nightmare. YOU MUST SIET OUT THE COURIER. This ruined the first half of my holiday, and cost me a fortune in phone calls from abroad, to sort - as well as losing all peace of mind whilst away, knowing how many people had been made aware of our broadcast absence.

This has proven to be an excellent battery. Permanently on trickle charge for a month in the caravan, this is the first year that we have had no electricity issues and the bill for usage was unbelievably low. Really well packaged and a phone call to customer support to confirm that the battery was the correct type left me feeling confident about safe use in a caravan with children. Super product with excellent customer support. Thanks

Excellent service only slightly marred by delivery hiccup that was not Tayna issue. (the ferry queue was too obstructive for delivery to be made at planned time). This was readily resolved by Anne form Tayna.
