Having been assured by both Tayna and the Carrier that the battery would arrive on Monday it arrived on the following day when its intended user was 150miles away! It is still in its box unused. Totally unimpressed.

Courier took them to the wrong address and they were not signed for. I had an irate women insist I immediately remove them from her front door which I did but it is hard work with new hip joint.

used this battery to run boat motor whilst carp fishing and found it to hold a charger brilliant even after taking baits out 300yrds x 4 didn't need to recharge for nearly a week.

The 2 batteries selected on line were no longer available, Simon at Tayna phoned us within 5 mins with suggested alternatives, saving us around £40. At approx 1.30pm we paid for next day del, Saturday. Batteries received well packed and undamaged at 11.30am. I fitted same day on Campervan and are so far working well. We can fully recommend the Tayna service and so far the Numax CXV 31 MF batteries.

We bought these as domestic batteries for our boat. The cost being almost half that of the equivalent batteries being charged by the chandeliers at our marina. We would recommend Tayna Ltd to any prospective customers

Product is just what I was looking for and at a competitive price. You are only let down by your carriers. Ordered first thing in the morning and expected next day delivery. I waited in all day on day 2 and nothing arrived. Arrived the day after when we were away. No apology or explanation from carriers. Get new carriers!
