Have had this battery for nearly 2 years now and it has started to not hold charge, have just got in touch with Tayna and they informed me that the guarantee will expire in a few weeks so i payed the £20 to get the battery picked up and checked, after checking the battery they have confirmed the battery is faulty and they are sending me a new replacement battery. What a great service.
