The order and battery are fine But customer service is hopeless , requested spec sheet info for charging parameters and still have not had a reply !!!

Ordered at a good price, and delivered on the day promised. Installed and is working fine, though only a short period has elapsed! The battery came with a sticker telling me that I must remove transit plugs before installing. But I couldn’t see any plugs. I contacted Varta and they confirmed that there were no plugs to remove.

Top service from Tayna, although the courier company left a lot to be desired. Battery well packaged and protected, pity it doesn't come with vent plug and tube though, hence 4 stars. I would seriously consider you change your courier company, as YoDel are clearly not trustworthy and lie.
