I got these new batteries for my carboot scooter and fitted them they worked straight away and they was ready to go but I put them on charge first to give them a little boost and to make sure they was fully charged before I used them . And my scooter goes like a dream now thank you very much for my batteries

A quick service as usual but the batteries were in my view lacking in wrapping causing the batteries to move around inside outer thin cardboard packing,causing damage and split box . Batteries had no damage . After fitting then into mobility scooter they appear ok and the scooter runs ok . MANY THANKS

First of all the batteries were all okay. Well packed and cannot fault the care to attention. I ordered on line at 8-30PM. By 9-00PM I had confirmation they were packed and awaiting collection by dpd. I really cannot understand how that works. Amazing. Unfortunately they got mixed up in a public holiday weekend, but all is good. It isn't the first time I have used Tanya for that reason. Many thanks.
