I recently ordered 2 Yuasa batteries for my mobility scooter from Tanya batteries, I ordered at around 5:15 pm and I received an email next day lunchtime that I can pick the batteries from the local picking point. The whole process of ordering is so simple and very competitive price.

Batteries are great quality and delivered quickly, but I had a few questions about the the terminals and connection to my kit, but I am afraid to say pretty poor after sales care. Could not answer any of my questions. Hence 3 Stars

Original equipment battery for mobility scooter at a price considerably lower than that quoted by some "mobility shops". Unfortunately, disability aids in general are often unfairly overpriced, so very pleased with the product as they fit and work perfectly, together with the price and the first class service provided by Tayna batteries.

I am totally disabled and depend entirely on mobility power chairs to rattle my way around the house. A pair of batteries will last me about a year. I have bought from other suppliers in the past, but having discovered your company and the swift, efficient service you supply, would not consider using anyone else..

Product is good but the way they arrived was poor/a real pain. 1/2 batteries had no terminal protectors on them and they where not in box / i.e. fallen off. Batteries where packed in broken up polystyrene which took about half an hour to clean off the batteries (x8) / the unpack area. To be honest puts me off ordering from Tayna again as have bought same batteries from other suppliers and they come in manufactuers packaging with terminal protection and are ready to use straight out the box with no cleaning up.

Purchased these for my Dad's mobility scooter which had completely stopped charging. When I dismantled the scooter discovered they were an exact replacement. The batteries arrived well packaged and on the day requested. My Dad has since been out and about on his scooter and is delighted to be mobile again.
