Pair of 12v 7ah batteries ordered. When they arrived I checked the voltage Which was 11.6. The seller states batteries come fully charged. I contacted them and they stated their batteries should arrive with 12.4 to 12 7 volts. I was asked if I had a battery charger to charge them, I didn't but borrowed one from a work colleague. I charged the batteries as instructed. When they were removed from the charger the voltage dropped off back to 11.6 volts. The batteries were useless. I returned them for a full refund which was simple enough, but not something I should have had to do. Won't be using this company again

I ordered the battery pack which was correct for our Stannah Stairlift. The batteries arrived the next day. Unfortunately one was damaged (a nail stuck in the side) whilst out for delivery. Contacted Tayna and a replacement battery was on its way to me next day. Batteries all fitted and working perfectly. Mum is now whizzing up the stairs! Thank you will definitely use again should the need arise.
