I ordered one Yuasa NP12-12FR for an APC UPS. Two arrived damaged but the third one excellent condition where the packaging was bulked up and sent out by a different courier and seems to be so far working okay so that's nice attempts were made to improve the packaging and swap couriers. Looking at the date stamp the battery has also been on the shelf for less than a year so that a good sign.
