Outstanding service from Tayna. I called one early Sunday evening. After confirming I had not yet ordered, I was immediately transferred to speak with a human. The human was knowledgable and recommended an appropriate option, which was far from the most expensive. I was told my purchase would arrive within three days. It arrived the next day, and it was the correct item for my bike. There are many very big companies trading on the web who could learn a great deal from Tayna about real customer service. Brilliant from start to finish order was taken and very polite and courteous had a problem with delivery but I rang tanya batterys and they were on the case and sorted it out for me rang me back several times to keep me up dated till battery was delivered thank you very much for a professional service highly recommended put battery on bike and it started no problem
