Disappointing! I ordered this battery using the tool on the website. It arrived promptly and was well packaged. It was however the incorrect battery. Contacted the company and they arranged for a replacement battery and for this one to be collected. I had to pay for the replacement battery, I also had to pay postage for its return. I'm still waiting for the refund on this battery. Strange it no longer appears as a battery suitable for the bike!
