Put this straight into my early 90's BMW R100 GS.... and finally the starter motor sounds like a jet turbine rather than the slugs dripping in golden syrup that I've lived with for the last year.... A heavy but good quality battery that fits well into the bmw battery cage, although slightly slimmer than the original and a bit taller, but still allowing the top bracket to fit if placed upside down. The AGM construction is re-assuring and also means that the battery can be left on a battery minder (eg CTEK MXS 5.0) without any worry of overload or spillage. Great value from Tayna and swift delivery too.

This battery casing is slightly smaller than the old battery which made fitting easier. When starting the bike, the engine turns over noticeably faster than with previous batteries which helps starting performance.
