Battery arrived very speedily. It was well packaged and instructions for unpacking the sealed bag were helpful. It required a few hours of charging to bring it up to full charge, but that's to be expected. Battery appears to be very solid and well made.

The battery is fitted with a short 3mm clear plastic tube, presumably as an overflow escape. There is also an additional longer 3mm tube provided with the packaging. No instructions given on what this is for or when it should be used. Can you advise please?

The order and delivery was good, but the plug for the vent pipe was not in place resulting in a loss of battery acid.

As I couldn't find the batteries for my Norton Commander (it has two) by typing in th reg. number, I phoned instead. Yasmine soon had things sorted out and took my order over the telephone.............simple. They arrived the next day. Brilliant service and they were packaged so securely too.
