Excellent service. Although the battery was delivered extremely quickly there was a fault with it. An email to explain the fault was answered promptly, and after sending images of the fault another battery was immediately dispatched. Excellent service and very quick dispatch times.

Unfortunately, the first battery received via courier seemed to be very unevenly filled with acid, so not helpful or usable. However, Tayna arranged for a replacement to be sent immediately, so my ride-on mower missed only one day's use.
