The battery I wanted was out of stock ,I was recommended a replacement .The original was described as fully charged but the replacement wasn't, I phoned customer services and was told it would be charged to at least 70% . I ordered and it was delivered the day after ( excellent) I fitted it to the bike the day after and it started instantly with no issues. I am delighted with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Tayna to anyone. I would definitely use them again. Payrise Anyone ?

Excellent product and superb service. Having mistakenly ordered the wrong battery which wouldnt fit, Tayna sorted out the delivery of the correct one and collection of the incorrect very quickly. Many thanks to Rachel.

First time I have used used this make of battery. But did not need to worry. Fitted straight from the box, pressed starter engine started on first crank. Plenty of oomph to say cca was175. This battery is worth a look for sure.
