The battery I wanted was out of stock ,I was recommended a replacement .The original was described as fully charged but the replacement wasn't, I phoned customer services and was told it would be charged to at least 70% . I ordered and it was delivered the day after ( excellent) I fitted it to the bike the day after and it started instantly with no issues. I am delighted with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Tayna to anyone. I would definitely use them again. Payrise Anyone ?
