A decent replacement for the YTZ10S battery. It's exactly the same size so there was no problem fitting it. It did need charging before I used it but when fully charged the bike started instantly. I've only been out once since fitting it so I can't comment on it's longer term performance.

I bought this battery 12 months ago with a 2 year warranty, it let me down, Tayna have been very helpful regarding testing my battery for fault an once agreed it was faulty a new one was dispatched and arrived within 12 hours this morning.

This is my second Leoch battery and it has a CCA rating that matches the Yussa YTZ10S but with a lower overall capacity of 8.6AH vs 10. However it costs less than half the price. When cold cranking the motor draws a a lot of power but the battery still has to maintain volts to drive the electronics and ignition. This does a good job with noticible engine pick up from a blip on the starter, which means less discharge per start up compared with cranking over several seconds. It represents good value for money. I was also impressed with the rapid service, I barely typed 'enter' online and someone was at the door with my battery!
