NOCO batteries have a reputation of being best in class but unfortunately the product that I received was faulty and did not hold any power (Running at 4.7V as against the expected 12V even after charging it for 6+ hours), nor could it be replaced within the day which was the timescales I needed. That said, customer service from Tayna was excellent and by far well above expected. The faulty product was collected from me at the appointed time and a refund was quickly provided. Assuming that this faulty product was an exception rather than a rule, I would n ot hesitate from making another purchase with Tayna.
