Not fitted yet, but came quite quickly despite being in The Highlands of Scotland. Only one gripe - You need to be clearer on your website about carriage to The Highlands. Very clear every where that it is £7-99 delivery, and that "outlying ares" such as The Highlands of Scotland may take an extra day or two to reach the customer, but it doesn't mention upfront that it will be £13-97 carriage, not £7-99. It's only at checkout that we find out the higher rate. Don't get me wrong - the price of the battery to my front door, including carriage , still beats the pants off the competition - but please - when you mention an extra day or two in the Delivery information, please be transparent & mention the different carriage rate.

Not fitted yet. If it's like the previous batteries purchased from Tayna, I can confidently give both the battery and Tayna a 5 star rating. I would not buy a battery anywhere else.

Initially tried calling to discuss product needed, but told I 'had to use the web order portal'. So took flyer on what I needed, placed order and paid. Had acknowledgement confirmation, then later that evening I was refunded money? )no reason at the time). Following day - when expecting delivery, had further email advising 'out of stock'. Fair enough, - but no offer of alternative, or when they will be back in stock - simply cancelled and goodbye! not good service, and now they want a review. Great - more wasted time.
