I wished to buy a Varta battery to fit my Yamaha TDM900 but they were out of stock. Tayna's recommendation was this PowerlineYT12B4. This I was happy to purchase. The "no load" voltage was checked when delivered and found to be low. I then found that the battery was about a year old. This I was not happy with. Upon contacting Tayna, I found the staff very helpful and an immediate replacement was sent. I am very impressed with the attitude of the staff and the very quick delivery. Well done! The rating only qualified for four stars in my opinion, in that the complaint shouldn't have happened and one item "slipped through the net." It was all sorted to my satisfaction and I would use Tayna Batteries again.

I received the Powerline battery as my original choice was sold out. This I did not mind. When the battery arrived, I noticed that it was nearly a year old and the voltage was low. I put the item on a tender, the voltage did come up to nearly normal, but fell again sometime after disconnection.I contacted Tayna and a replacement was quickly sent. I have dealt with Tayna before and find them competitive, very quick and helpful with almost instant communication.
