Courier firm claimed the battery was delivered on a Saturday afternoon to a shop premises that is part of the same group as Tayna. The shop doesn't open on Saturday (or Sunday) despite what the email from Tayna said. Helpful staff called Tayna on Monday and a new battery was sent a day later. Frustrating to have made the trip to collect it but resolved fairly quickly. Just wish I'd bought one with the opposite polarity.

Excellent company to deal with and a-prompt trackable delivery. The battery was pre-filled and vacuum packed to avoid spillage with all instructions to cover safety. A good feature as purchasing battery acid now is almost impossible. Thanks again.

This rating isn’t about the battery, which is great, it’s about the customer service. I ordered a new battery online for my motorcycle (not the Yuasa one), all good so far. Then I received an email apologising that they were currently out of stock of the type I had ordered, and would I like the next version, I had a quick look at the recommended battery, slightly more expensive and thought here we go, so I replied saying yes as long as the dimensions are the same, and how do you want me to pay the extra. Later I had a reply saying that this is their fault they hadn’t got the one I had originally ordered therefore there is no extra charge. It arrived the next day. That little gesture of goodwill went a very long way in my eyes, therefore I highly recommend these guys, I will certainly be giving them my future business. Well done Tanya!
