Courier firm claimed the battery was delivered on a Saturday afternoon to a shop premises that is part of the same group as Tayna. The shop doesn't open on Saturday (or Sunday) despite what the email from Tayna said. Helpful staff called Tayna on Monday and a new battery was sent a day later. Frustrating to have made the trip to collect it but resolved fairly quickly. Just wish I'd bought one with the opposite polarity.
