Very prompt delivery. Product working fine straight out of the box (didn't need to charge) and also subsequently. My previous battery (same make and model) lasted many years, so I am hopeful of similar performance, which would represent good value for money.

Superb customer service from Tayna. They sent me this battery for my VFR800 Vtec which after 5 miles seemed to be permanently flat at 0.0v after being in storage due to the lockdown. I used their online support service. They arranged to have the battery couriered back to their offices. They tested the battery and confirmed that it was not faulty -- that it charged correctly and holds the charge. So I asked: why it is that my own chargers inaccurately register the battery as being fully charged as soon as they are connected to the battery? Their engineer explained: "the battery was at 0v, so your chargers would not recognise they were connected to a 12v battery and just get confused." They then sent me my fully charged battery back by courier. Wow! I should add that during this time I also purchased a reserve battery, but Tayna mistakenly delivered the wrong size. After I pointed this out a courier was on my doorstep the next morning with the correct battery. Again: wow! I have been genuinely impressed by their service. Credit where credit is due! I didn't even have to change out of my PJs for any of this LOL! Hope this review is helpful for any other bikers out there. Mike

Hi, my Battery came packaged well and delivered in a timely fashion. I have checked voltage and attached it to bike. It started straight up, no trouble at all. As my bike is a NC700x dct it requires a great power supply. So far this is meeting my needs. In time I will review it for what I am sure will be continued satisfaction. Remember, you usually get what you pay for. I want the best for my machine. Thank you Tayna for prompt and accurate service. I received the battery well packaged, charged and ready for me to enjoy the open roads again.
