Fitted To: Kawasaki Er5 500 1999

I had difficulties trying to get the terminal bolts to screw into the nuts in the terminals as they were too low to be able to reach without using a screwdriver underneath the nuts to raise them up to a level for the bolts to be screwed in.

The battery was advertised for my BMW bike .. This was the only bike mentioned in the description, I had a trip organised that weekend and my battery had died to searched eBay for battery R1200RT ..I searched by lowest price and clicked buy it now .. The battery arrived the next day but was nothing like the battery fitted .. Dilemma I either return it at my cost (not cheap because of weight ) or return it to store .. Returned it to store had to exchange for proper one for my bike had to pay extra £12 as battery more expensive and cost me fuel and time .. To top it all off I missed the bike trip. The item was totally Mis representated on eBay listing causing unesessary confusion and buying the wrong product from the listing title

Came ready for use and with good charge level straight out of the box. Bought as replacement for my Aprilia RSV1000. A big twin needs a strong battery and my old one was past it's best and struggling. The original is 10AH but this one at 14 is stronger but physically larger (taller). However it will fit but you can't use the original retainer / relay backet. But in this application it matters little as the battery can't go anywhere. So this provides a stronger battery than original, with guarantee for half the price of the OEM unit. A great deal.
