battery was really well packed, the dimensions matched perfectly with my old ZZR battery. Better than paying £160 for an original Kawasaki one

Incorrect battery supplied, not a problem. However, the shockingly poor attitude from Matthew was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Tayna tried to pin the blame on my by saying I had ordered the wrong battery from the word go. Unable to explain the situation due to being talked over for ten minutes, I hung up and have donated the battery to my local childrens charity. Zero stars not an option.

Did not fit the bike it was listed for. They offer a refund on buyer paid return, which is next to possible to do via post, or any courier service! Very unimpressed!! What's worse is they are still listing this battery incorrectly even after I notified them of the incorrect listing!

the battery was exactly as discribed in your listing,even had fixing nuts and bolts, it was ordered @ 3.45pm and it arrived next day @ 11.30am,fantastic service and extreamly well packed. It,s now fitted and works a treat,a real quality item at a truly bargain price, thankyou
