Tayna batteries is my go to place for batteries. Not only are the prices better than most suppliers but their service is next to impossible to beat for postage costs, postage times (99% of the time delivery arrives next day) and warranty issues are dealt with quickly. I'm in the motorcycle trade and have trade accounts with various places but cannot beat Tayna on prices.

This battery was ordered to replace a Powerline battery which failed when 54 weeks old ( 2 weeks after the expiry of the 12 month guarantee). It was chosen on the basis that the physical dimensions and specifications match those of the OEM Amron battery. If the vehicle registration number search is used it identifies the required battery as YTX16-BS which is significantly taller. Although I haven't tried the YTX16 I am sure that it would be too tall to fit a RE Interceptor 650. Obviously only time will tell if the battery was a good choice but having used Yuasa motorcycle batteries over many years I am confident of their quality.

These batteries are great. Yuasa are solid and reliable. What isn't great is that it arrived without being charged first. It took 6 hrs on my professional workshop charger to bring it up to correct voltage and capacity. Tayna obviously just fill and ship. Which is not how to prepare a lead acid battery for maximum longevity. So I don't think I'll be using Tayna again.

Identical tech spec to the battery in my classic Kawasaki which had failed but only after decades of use. So I'm confident this replacement will be equally up to the job. Not the cheapest. But quality reviews by previous buyers count for more than a few quid saved going to the cheapest supplier. Lightning fast delivery. Battery package design shows a lot of thought about how to protect a charged battery in transit using a courier company. Top marks here too.

A perfect replacement for the ageing OEM battery in my R1200GS. I wasn’t expecting to have to add the fluids, but this wasn’t really a problem, although it was quite a tricky operation to actually attach the sealing strip once the battery was full. Quickly charged with my NoCo charger and fitted to the bike in no time. Great service from Tanya as well, with extremely secure packaging.
