I am happy with the product I purchased from you, but the delivery procedure was horrendous! I kept getting messages from Yodel that my package was due for collection but it didn’t arrive at the collection point. I made several requests to track and find my package but was told there was a problem. ONE WEEK later I went to my local Yodel depot to get an answer, I was told it would be delivered later that day, it was eventually delivered after lots of frustration. Thank you
