Replacement power chair batteries needed urgently, so paid extra for next day delivery which didn’t happen due to a fiasco with Yodell. Appreciate the swift intervention by Tanya and the partial refund of delivery charge. Batteries arrived 2 days later and are great but packed using polystyrene so not very environmentally friendly which is a shame.
