Very happy with the product. The problem we had was that we are a farm and we had this battery failure on a tractor. We could not pick up one locally so chose you as you offered a one day delivery as it was urgent. However, your delivery company when we were tracking the parcel kept logging 'delivery attempted' which we could not understand as we were here all the time and it was several days before we received delivery which defeated the reason of ordering from yourselves in the first place.
